Fitness is my way to be healthy and happy!

What most people dont’t undersand is that gym is therapy. Working out makes me feel good.

I started to go to the gym after I found out that I have some health problems and the doctor recommended me to make sport. I wasn t a sportive person but I started to train, day by day, step by step. And I started to like it more and more each day. These days sport is my way of living, because it makes me happier and healthier. It s pure therapy!

Work hard

Exercise acts to temporarily remove daily stress. When you exercise or do fun activities, you stop thinking about the difficult things in your life. If you manage to get out of your daily routine and pay more attention, you can reduce the feeling of stress.

Love your body

A healthy body needs much more than a balanced diet, it needs exercise and a well-developed workout.

Eat healthy

Nobody said it’s easy to lose weight and follow a daily schedule and diet, but it’s much simpler than looking in the mirror and not liking what you see.

Take care of your body, is the only place you have to live.
